Information used for your purchase and enquiries

We use the contact, billing and delivery details you provide, the items and options you select, order and payment status, and messages you send us to process purchases, arrange delivery, issue receipts, answer enquiries and handle cancellations or refunds. Original-art enquiries sent through WhatsApp or email are handled directly by OLPINER.

Store, payment and fulfilment providers

Shopify operates our cart, checkout and order records. Payment information is handled by the checkout’s payment providers, including Tranzila for connected payment and accounting services. We receive order and payment status and information needed for accounting and support. Do not send full card details, passwords or verification codes by email or WhatsApp.

Creativehub/theprintspace receives the order and recipient information needed to produce and deliver prints; Tapstitch receives the information needed for shirts. Delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver and provide tracking. For a mixed order, the relevant providers fulfil their respective items. These services have their own privacy practices; sharing is for operating and supporting the purchase, not an invitation for you to contact every supplier separately.

Website operation, cookies and storage

Our hosted website uses technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and requested pages, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Cookies and browser storage support functions such as remembering the shopping cart and access/session preferences. Shopify checkout also uses its own cookies and service technologies. Blocking necessary storage can prevent a cart or checkout from working.

Shopify may process interaction and transaction information under its own service and privacy terms. Read Shopify’s consumer privacy policy for its practices and available controls. External services opened through links, including WhatsApp and Instagram, are governed by their own policies. We do not treat a purchase as permission for unrelated marketing.

Meta advertising and your choices

Where permitted by your privacy choices and applicable requirements, we use Meta advertising tools to measure visits, product views, cart activity and purchases and understand advertising effectiveness. Our storefront sends product identifiers, quantities, prices and currency. Shopify’s Facebook & Instagram integration also shares checkout and purchase events through Meta Pixel and Conversions API; Enhanced sharing may use customer contact and location information for matching. You can review or change available cookie choices through Cookie preferences. Declining optional marketing tracking does not prevent you from shopping.

Use, retention and international processing

We use personal information to fulfil contracts, respond to requested support, meet accounting and other legal obligations, and protect the store against fraud and misuse. The legal basis depends on the activity and the law that applies. Providers may process information outside your country. We retain order, accounting and support records for the periods needed for these purposes and applicable legal requirements; a deletion request may not remove records we must lawfully keep.

Your privacy requests

Contact hi@olpiner.com or +972 54 306 1006 to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to ask about deletion, objection, restriction or other rights available under the law applicable to you. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; do not send an ID photograph or sensitive documents unless a secure, necessary process is agreed. Where applicable, you may complain to your data-protection authority. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
