Products and availability
Our store offers unframed fine-art prints produced and fulfilled through Creativehub/theprintspace, and shirts produced and fulfilled by Tapstitch, featuring artwork by Ahinoam Olpiner. Framing is not currently offered. OLPINER is the seller and your point of contact for order support.
Original artworks displayed on the site are available by enquiry. We confirm availability, condition, included items, delivery arrangements and the total price before asking you to pay. Originals are arranged directly through WhatsApp enquiries, outside Shopify checkout. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
We aim to show products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description. Check the product details and size chart before ordering.
Prices and payment
The product and checkout pages identify the applicable currency. Review your items, shipping charges, taxes and total before paying. Any import charges payable separately are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy and relevant checkout disclosures.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment services connected to our store. Do not send card details or authentication codes to us through WhatsApp or email.
If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material pricing or order error, we will contact you promptly and explain the available options. If an order cannot be supplied and payment has been taken, we will arrange the refund due under applicable law.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policies distinguish prints, shirts and enquiry-led original artworks. OLPINER handles support, cancellations, returns and refunds directly, independently of supplier reimbursement. Shirt cancellation fees are waived; shirts have no additional voluntary change-of-mind return offer. Original artworks have the separate 14-day voluntary notice and 14-day return-dispatch terms detailed in the returns policy, with no cancellation or restocking fee. Prints have the same voluntary 14-day notice and 14-day return-dispatch offer, with no cancellation or restocking fee, as detailed in the returns policy. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact us promptly about address corrections, cancellation requests or delivery problems.
Using the website
Please provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. Do not use the site for fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person's order or account. If you encounter an access problem, contact us for help.
Artwork and intellectual property
Artwork, photographs and other original content on this site are protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a print, shirt or original artwork does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the artwork commercially. Contact us about licensing or reproduction requests. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Links to services such as Instagram and WhatsApp take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Updates will carry a new effective date. Changes do not remove rights relating to orders already placed.
